  • A home health aide from a commercial agency ;
  • A family member; or
  • A legal guardian of the car accident victim.

As long as the attended care provider serves any of the ones that are allowed then they may serve as attendant care provider of the individual.

Where would the services be provided?

The attendant care provider is required to provide services either at the car accident victim’s home or in a residential facility of assisted living. This is to ensure that you will get the best kind of attendant care if it is necessary.

Who ultimately pays for the attendant care?

Generally, if you have the attendant care writer it will be your own insurance company that would be paying for the attendant care services that you avail.
