Fahd Haque founded Haque Legal, PLC in Southfield, Michigan in 2019 after five years in litigation practice. He represents clients in Michigan family court, federal immigration proceedings, and personal injury matters across metro Detroit and statewide.

In immigration, Attorney Haque has handled asylum hearings before Immigration Judges at the Detroit Immigration Court, argued bond redeterminations, and litigated removal defense cases for clients facing deportation. His immigration practice spans asylum, I-130 family petitions, EAD work authorization, K-1 fiancé visas, and naturalization.

In personal injury, Fahd has negotiated policy limits demands against major Michigan insurers, represented clients in no-fault PIP disputes, and litigated serious injury cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and wrongful death across Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties.
