Is the initial review free?

Does this package fit every marriage-based case?
No. An eligibility review is needed to determine whether this package and its agreed scope fit a particular case.
What about filing fees and the interview?
Government filing fees are separate from the $4,995 legal fee. Interview preparation is included. Interview attendance is available for an additional fee. The agreed services and fees will be set out in the written engagement agreement.
Does booking create an attorney-client relationship?
No. Booking or attending an initial review does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Representation requires a written engagement agreement.
